Head Guardsman Tashman is the corrupt head guardsman of the Ferdok City Guard, who can be found in the Ugdan Harbor. He is feared by both the citizens and his guardsmen as a tough and humorless guy. The party meets him mainly related to the investigations into the Murders in Ferdok, when it becomes apparent that he was trying his best to stop the investigations... at least until Madam Captain Barla Borkensmith put you on the case.In River of Time Tashman is Commander of customs officer in Thurstein.
